Last day, I had dinner together with my boss and some guys in our laboratory. I was nervous; because that was the first time I met some of them. They all came from Hua Xi medical college. They were kind and I had a great dinner. We had dinner in Zui Xiang Yuan restaurant which was clever at HUNAN course. All the dishes had pimiento in them. It was hot. But I had to say It was delicious. The best one was MAO SHI HONG SHAO ROU. It was made by pork, with both lean and fat. Although it was with big fat, it didn't taste pinguid. Another famous dish in HUNAN course was piccalilli fish head. The fish was soft and fresh, which was braised together with piccalilli. Even rice here tasted sweet. It is a good choice to have dinner. The restaurant is opposite Nankai University and besides Tada hotel.
